Enjoy a 3 week family break in London. Our house will be an excellent base for your family trip to London. We are looking to rent our house to a nice family whilst we are on holiday in France. We have a large Edwardian 3 bedroom house with garden near Ealing Common underground station on the Picadilly Line. This makes it very easy to visit all of London's parks and attractions. We live in a safe pretty tree lined street with nice neighbours and you will enjoy your stay here. Sleeps two adults and up to four children. Available from 3pm Sunday 19th July to 11am Sunday 9th August. Minimum rental is for the whole 3 week period or a payment of 3 weeks rent of £1995 even if you are planning to stay for a shorter period. £665 per week is a great price for a family to stay in a nice part of London. We do not charge a deposit. We only ask that if you break anything - that you will agree to replace or repair it. One Free car parking space on the street is included. Shared cycle and bus lanes also link our house to the West End and Hyde Park and the Picadilly Line is just a short walk away. We will only rent directly to a family on Holiday -No singles - students or agents please. Our house has a double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower. The other two bedrooms are a double room with a double bed and a single bedroom with a single bed. There is also a small study with wifi and a computer with internet. There are two large reception rooms and a modern kitchen diner.There is also a family bathroom and a down stairs toilet. French windows open from the rear reception room on to a nice garden with wooden play house , trampoline and slide. Two TVs with Sky Free View ( one is 50"), Free Wifi, DVD Player and Kitchen has modern appliances including dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. The house also has a loft storage room but this loft floor is not included in the rental. We store some of our possessions here so that you can have a wardrobe in the master bedroom and chest of draws in each of the other bedrooms to keep your clothes during your stay. Everything is here for a great family break at a great price and you will have a much nicer time staying in a home rather than a hotel. Please remember you are renting a family home not a hotel. Our house is very clean but we have two children under the age of ten so our house reflects this. We supply one set of bed linen and towels for each person but you will need to use the washing machine when required. We rent out our house every year and all of our guests have told us that they love the house and have enjoyed staying here as their base for a family London adventure. No pets and non smokers only. We can only rent on the exact dates described above . This is our family home and we will only rent to a nice family.
